REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES

Conference registration covers the proceedings, gala-dinner, all co-located conferences and workshops, and attending all Keynotes. Main conference and Special Session papers need a full registration. Otherwise, the paper will be excluded from the proceedings.

Invitation Letter

Letters will be only given to individuals with an accepted paper and/or that have paid the full registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by December 15th, 2024. There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the registration deducted from each refund.
