Camera ready Guidelines

The Deadline for submitting the Camera-ready version for the Main Track Papers is: December 05, 2024

1. Manuscript Format and Length

Your PDF final manuscript version and the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) must be submitted through PayQlick System. Please make sure your paper length is 8 pages for full papers, 6 pages for short papers and 2 pages for poster papers (all including references). 

Papers that exceed the length limit must pay the overlength charges; otherwise, they will be excluded from the program.

Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings to prepare your revised manuscript. Failur to do so may result in excluding your paper from the conference proceedings.

DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission.

2. Registration

Please complete your paper(s) registration on-time. Registration instructions and rates are found at:

Special SESSION (Tab)

pecial Session proposal submission guidelines:

  • The Special Session organizers are responsible for the advertisement and promotion of the special session and the conference.
  • Once a Special Session proposal is approved, session chairs will invite papers for the session and handle the review process along with ICNGAI Team. Each paper should obtain at least two reviews.
  • The minimum number of papers should be 6 in each special session.
  • Achieving at least 6 accepted papers, the Special Session will be considered successful (and, as such, included in the program). If a Special Session achieves less than 6 accepted papers, it may be cancelled and the papers moved to regular technical tracks or to other Special Sessions.
  • Special Session must consist of papers from at least three different institutions.
  • An individual cannot be (co-)author of more than two papers submitted to the same Special Session.
  • The authors of the Special Session have a special track, with the name of their Special Session in the submission system.
  • The final decision for the acceptance will be taken by the ICNGAI 2025 Technical Program Committee based on recommendations provided by Special Session organizers.
  • The papers are required to meet the same standards as ICNGAI 2025 papers and will be published in the conference proceedings, as per the ICNGAI 2025 publication guidelines.
  • Organizers of successful Special Sessions will be invited to attend the conference, and chair the corresponding sessions.
  • Session Chair may submit the reviewers list of the special session.
