About ICCMRAI-2026:

Marathwada Mitramandal’s Institute of Technology is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune is organizing IEEE International Conference on Computer, Mechatronics, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (ICCMRAI) – 2026 to provide an international open forum for educators, engineers, and researchers to disseminate their latest research work and exchange views on the future research directions.

This conference will serve as a premier platform for researchers, academicians, and industry experts to discuss the latest advancements in Computer, Mechatronics, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence. This conference will focus on emerging trends, innovative techniques, and real-world applications that are shaping the future across various sectors. The event aims to foster collaboration, and knowledge sharing, and provide insight into the challenges and opportunities in this rapidly evolving field. ICCMRAI-2026 will be held at Pune, Maharashtra, India on in hybrid mode, with a focus to target the research on emerging technologies. Papers presented in ICCMRAI-2026 will be published by IEEE (Selected Papers).

The IEEE International Conference on Computer, Mechatronics, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (ICCMRAI) – 2026 invites researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to submit original research contributions in the fields of Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This hybrid conference aims to foster innovation and collaboration across interdisciplinary domains, addressing emerging challenges in intelligent systems, automation, cyber-physical systems, Industry 5.0, sustainable technologies, and ethical AI. Paper format:

Submitted papers (.pdf format) must use the A4 IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.

Length:
Submitted papers may be up to 8 pages with two additional pages may be added for references.

Originality:
Papers submitted to ICCMRAI2026 must be the original work of the authors. The may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not be submitted to this conference.

Authors should be aware that IEEE has a strict policy with regard to plagiarism https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/plagiarism/plagiarism-faq.html. The authors’ prior work must be cited appropriately.

Proofreading:
Please proofread your submission carefully. It is essential that the language use in the paper is clear and correct so that it is easily understandable. (Either US English or UK English spelling conventions are acceptable.)

Author list:
Please ensure that you submit your papers with the full and final list of authors in the correct order. The author list registered for each submission is not allowed to be changed in any way after the paper submission deadline.

IMPORTANT: No-Show Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A paper not presented or presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the TPC Chair will be removed from the final conference proceedings and no registration refund can be made to the authors of these papers.

Publication:
All papers that are accepted, registered, and presented in ICCMRAI2026 will be submitted to IEEE for publication.

REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES

Once your paper is accepted, the registration phase begins

Registration Fee

  • Registration for the conference has to be done online. Prospective authors can register after the notification of provisional acceptance of full paper. Participants should follow conference dates mentioned on the website.
  • It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for the conference and the paper to be appeared in the conference proceedings.
  • If an author has got more than one accepted paper, then each paper has to be registered separately.
  • Paper accepted by the Technical Program Committee but not presented (online or in person) will be NOT Submitted to IEEE Xplore.
  • Anyone wishing to attend the conference must register.

Invitation Letter

Letters will be only given to individuals with an accepted paper and/or that have paid the full registration fee.

In order to obtain a letter of invitation for visa purposes, you must have an accepted paper and/or a full registration for the conference first, then please contact ICCMRAI 2026 Team at: iccmrai.conference@mmit.edu.in

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 01 June 2026. There will be an administrative fee of 10% of the registration deducted from each refund.

Camera ready Guidelines

The Deadline for submitting the Camera-ready version for the Main Track Papers is: 12/02/2026

1. Manuscript Format and Length

Your PDF final manuscript version and the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) must be submitted through the System. Please make sure your paper length is 8 pages with an additional 2 pages for references. Papers that exceed the length limit must pay the overlength charges; otherwise, they will be excluded from the program. Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings to prepare your revised manuscript. Failure to do so may result in excluding your paper from the conference proceedings. DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission.

2. Registration
